📋 Description

• Validate billing requirements, rate logic, exceptions, bill accuracy, customer-impact scenarios, and operational readiness • Provide billing quality advisory and operational validation for complex rates, TOU/RTP, reversals, locks/blocks, BPEM, ORT, UAT sign-off, first-cycle readiness, and hypercare root-cause analysis • Deliver reviewed requirements, edge-case documentation, validation rules, ORT dispositions, operational procedures, training inputs, and issue-resolution guidance • Apply revenue-billing operations expertise, regulatory and customer-impact understanding, exception management, complex-rate specialization, bill-compare analysis, and production stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with revenue billing operations • Regulatory and customer-impact experience • Exception-management experience • Complex-rate expertise • Bill-compare proficiency • Production-stabilization experience • U.S. Citizen (dual accepted) • Must be eligible to obtain government clearance • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
