📋 Description

• Develop and manage secure financial mechanisms for disbursing funds to multiple teams worldwide • Report to the Senior Operations Manager • Coordinate with the Project Manager and Project Officer • Oversee timely disbursement of funds to project teams • Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor funding mechanisms • Build and maintain financial books for proper accounting of all funds • Prepare financial reports and briefings on funding mechanisms • Account for all funds, maintain financial records, and provide monthly reports to the Project Manager • Ensure teams are properly funded for successful project delivery in a complex federal contracting environment

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sensitive operational and inter agency support, finance and accounting, HUMINT, signature reduction support and infrastructure development, and risk management/reduction • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; or 4 years additional equivalent work experience • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a federal contracting environment • Top Secret clearance or higher required • Proven ability to interface effectively with personnel at all organizational levels, both technical and non technical • Familiarity with federal contracting environments, governance processes, and compliance requirements • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment and handle stressful situations • Clear and effective verbal and written communication • Attention to detail and ability to manage reporting and project communications • US work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
