📋 Description

• Conduct business and system analysis for SAP application enhancements • Translate business requirements into enterprise application designs and technical solutions • Collaborate with SAP Functional Consultants and client stakeholders to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations • Develop programming specifications, technical designs, process diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts • Design, develop, test, and support SAP ABAP solutions across enterprise environments • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues • Support integrations across SAP modules and external applications • Participate in solution design reviews, testing activities, and deployment planning • Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and project methodologies • Support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities • Manage a team and mentor and train junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP development experience • Strong SAP ABAP development experience across complex enterprise environments • Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and development specifications • Experience creating technical documentation and supporting end-to-end development lifecycles • Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments (nice to have) • Experience developing interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, reports, and workflows (nice to have) • Experience leading development teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders (nice to have) • U.S. Citizenship required • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance • Must have U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship
