📋 Description

• Lead clients through transformation processes focused on alignment, ability, and adoption • Develop human-centered, agile, actionable training strategies for the digital world • Translate client strategic direction and mission objectives into holistic training strategies • Design training strategies for the future of work and new ways of working • Lead high-performing training developers executing client training strategies • Lead training work for large SAP, preferably S/4HANA, greenfield transformations • Use WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform, WalkMe Learning Arc, Mentimeter, personas, and organizational analytics • Support business development through market research, points of view, capability development, thought capital, and knowledge management • Collaborate on proposals and build trusted client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 7+ years’ experience in 3 or more of: Training Leadership, Project Management, Change Management, Training Capability, Agile Change, Training Analytics, or Design Thinking • 3+ years working as a Training Lead on an SAP, preferably S/4HANA, greenfield transformation • 2+ years working with WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform and/or WalkMe Learning Arc • Hands-on experience configuring and governing a digital adoption platform and authoring in-app guidance • Strong eye for instructional design quality and consistency • Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirement
