📋 Description

• Research and identify prospective mid-market and enterprise accounts that align with Acclaro’s ideal customer profile • Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified meetings • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before handing off to Business Development Directors • Schedule discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoffs with clear context and notes • Maintain accurate activity tracking, lead status, and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies • Learn Acclaro’s localization solutions, value propositions, and common client use cases • Consistently work toward individual activity and meeting-generation targets

🎯 Requirements

• Have 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or lead-generation roles • Are energized by outbound prospecting and starting conversations with new people • Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in writing and on calls • Are organized, coachable, and comfortable working toward defined goals and metrics • Enjoy learning—about industries, buyers, and how global businesses operate • Are comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment • Take pride in your follow-through, professionalism, and growth mindset • Have prior experience as an SDR, BDR, or in B2B sales or SaaS environments • Have used CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce • Bring curiosity about localization, global markets, or multilingual technology • Speak more than one language or have experience working across cultures • Are motivated to grow into a closing sales role over time
