📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in both English and Spanish • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills • Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently • Provide customer service via phone, social media, live chat, email, SMS, and video platforms • Complete product training on clients' products, ingredients, applications, and adverse effects • Complete systems training on CRM and ACD tools • Participate in remote training via Zoom

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish • Minimum HS diploma; college preferred • Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services • 100% attendance • Bilingual in Spanish and English
