📋 Description

• Design engaging instructor-led and digital learning experiences for teachers, family advocates, coaches, and program leadership • Develop learner-centered training solutions that improve performance and support adult learning • Translate complex concepts into practical, engaging, and accessible learning experiences • Create measurable learning objectives, assessments, and strategies that promote knowledge transfer and sustained application • Develop professional learning materials including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, handouts, and eLearning modules • Build interactive eLearning using Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate • Review and revise existing learning content to improve effectiveness, usability, and learner engagement • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and define instructional goals • Drive continuous improvement by conducting quality assurance reviews of learning materials and monitoring learner feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Education, or a related field with coursework or certification in Instructional Design • Five (5) years of instructional design experience developing both instructor-led and eLearning solutions • Experience using Articulate Storyline (required); Adobe Captivate experience is preferred • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies • Experience managing multiple learning projects from concept through implementation • Ability to travel up to 10% for meetings, trainings, and organizational events • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
