âą Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and process improvement opportunities âą Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and system requirements for CRM enhancements and new capabilities âą Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria âą Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology teams, and business partners throughout the software development lifecycle âą Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements âą Support the design, testing, implementation, and validation of CRM enhancements and product releases âą Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, document test results, and coordinate issue resolution âą Create and maintain process documentation, business requirements, and workflows âą Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful insights âą Support change management by developing training materials, communicating system changes, and assisting users during implementation âą Monitor system performance, user feedback, and business metrics for continuous improvement
âą Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience âą Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements âą Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and business process improvement initiatives âą Strong understanding of lead managements, sales operations, workflow automation, and customer engagement processes âą Experience creating process maps, business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria âą Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills âą Experience supporting Agile project delivery and collaborating with cross-functional teams âą Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment âą Travel up to 20%
