📋 Description

• Sell CORE client's products to operators, focusing on building long-term relationships • Allocate 70% of time to operator contact, making, obtaining, and securing sales through product presentations and customer interaction • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio of at least 35 accounts, calling on them every 60 days • Make at least 12 sales calls per week • Present at least 3 clients on each sales call • Use CRM for planning and reporting sales activity • Develop and execute sales plans with the team in alignment with client goals • Achieve assigned sales targets by engaging clients and understanding their requirements • Manage the end-to-end sales process using CRM tools for lead management and customer relationship tracking • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory • Provide customer service and address client inquiries and concerns • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless sales and timely product delivery • Generate sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand the network

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate • Proven sales experience in a field sales role, preferably in a similar industry • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software • Results-driven and target-oriented approach to sales • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset focused on customer experience • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing market dynamics • Valid driver's license and clean driving record if travel is required
