📋 Description

• Build and ship full-stack applications, services, and internal tools improving client experience and supporting advisory operations • Design and implement automations replacing manual processes and reducing operational overhead • Architect and maintain integrations between internal systems and external platforms to keep client data accurate and accessible • Own projects end-to-end from stakeholder scoping through deployment, monitoring, and iteration • Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and business teams to translate needs into working software • Evaluate and improve system architecture for performance, scalability, and reliability • Improve systems and processes around client data • Enable advisory and client application teams to operate faster • Deliver measurable time savings and error reduction through automation • Create reusable engineering patterns and components

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex or high-impact production systems across the full stack • Proven ability to build production applications across the stack • Strong experience designing and shipping automations and process-driven tooling that reduced operational burden • Demonstrated skill building integration frameworks and data pipelines connecting multiple systems reliably at scale • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript • Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred • Experience with CI/CD and observability tooling • Experience with agent-driven development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code • Track record of working directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand problems before writing code • Work hours aligned with local or Pacific timezone, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday • Availability to support critical launches or events when needed • Must be US-based and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
