📋 Description
• Ship product end to end, from backend services and APIs to the dashboard and developer-facing UIs • Build APIs, SDKs, CLI, MCP and the web app • Work directly with customers to understand integration and agent use cases and turn insights into products • Design systems that remain reliable and fast as usage grows • Shape the roadmap and make product and technical decisions • Engage with the open-source community and maintain the repository
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of software engineering experience at a senior level or above • Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, databases, distributed systems and performance • Comfortable working across the stack in TypeScript, from Node.js services to React frontends • Strong communication skills • Proactive and reliable in a remote-first environment • Developer empathy and focus on developer experience • Pragmatic, positive and low ego • Autonomous, driven by ownership and able to navigate ambiguity • Based in North America, LATAM or Europe
