📋 Description

• Lead design, development, and delivery of large-scale software solutions • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers • Oversee the software development lifecycle from concept through deployment and maintenance • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize work, set timelines, and deliver features • Define software architecture and technical strategy • Ensure application availability, performance, security, and scalability • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines • Drive automation, testing framework, and DevOps improvements • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions • Use approved AI-assisted tools across design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and operations • Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, security, maintainability, compliance, and business appropriateness • Create reusable prompts, skills, agents, playbooks, and AI-assisted development patterns • Partner with architecture, security, and platform teams on AI-enabled enterprise capabilities • Design systems leveraging AI services, APIs, agents, and automation • Follow policies for AI usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, PHI, and Responsible AI • Participate in peer reviews and validation of AI-assisted solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience focused on large-scale, distributed systems • 2+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ software engineers • Expertise in multiple programming languages, including C#, Java, or Python, and their frameworks • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft and .NET technologies, specifically .NET Core, C#, and T-SQL • Experience building scalable, performant RESTful APIs using ASP.NET • Relational database development experience, preferably SQL Server • Experience with a testing framework such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest • Experience with a logging framework such as NLog, log4net, or Serilog • Experience with an ORM framework such as Dapper, Entity Framework, or NHibernate • Strong command of design patterns and SOLID principles • Experience with software architecture design, including microservices, cloud-native applications, and event-driven systems • Experience developing Single Page Applications using React, Angular, or Vue • Strong understanding of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience using GitHub, Azure Git, or other Git-based source control systems • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage and mentor engineers • Experience in Agile methodologies and globally distributed teams • Strong problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Ability to use high-speed home internet over 10 Mbps • Must complete identity verification, background check, in-person I-9 verification, and potentially drug screening prior to employment • AI tools are prohibited during interviews
