📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and initial screening through offer acceptance • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume positions • Build Boolean search strings and use creative search techniques • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels • Build and maintain talent pipelines • Conduct recruiter screens and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers • Serve as a responsive recruiting partner to hiring managers with updates, market insights, and recommendations • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience • Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and troubleshoot recruiting challenges • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS • Support hiring events, recruiting initiatives, and special projects • Take ownership of searches, follow through on commitments, and move hiring processes forward

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience required • Strong sourcing skills and proactive candidate identification experience • Proficiency with Boolean search techniques • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed • Experience reaching out to passive candidates through InMail, email, phone, and other channels • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience • Strong commitment to internal customer service and trusted partnerships with hiring managers • Responsive, collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented • Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple open positions, stakeholders, and competing priorities while staying organized • Ability to work California business hours • Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally locally and in California • Staffing agency recruiting experience is a plus • Recruiting experience in hospitality, property management, HOA/community management, customer service, engineering, or related roles is a plus • Experience using Lever or a similar ATS is a plus
