📋 Description

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to facilitate branch/cost-center business development • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings • Perform reference checks as needed • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process • Ensure screening, hiring, and selection comply with employment laws and regulations • Recruit Real Estate Agents (REMLO) to the REMLO Program • Provide guidance and mentorship to the REMLO Division Business Development Representative • Prepare and promote social media content related to the REMLO program • Coach, mentor, and train REMLOs through webinars and other media • Meet branch/cost-center hiring goals while ensuring a positive candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, major in business related field or human resources • 2+ recent years of experience in recruitment • Functional knowledge of applicant tracking systems/HRIS strongly preferred • Efficient in Microsoft applications • Strong knowledge of and experience with labor and employment laws, and EEOC requirements • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills • Professional communication technique (i.e., phone calls, emails, etc.) • Ability to build rapport with hiring managers • Unquestionable integrity • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and confidential information • Must comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
