📋 Description

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates and supporting new hire onboarding activities • Review applications and advance candidates who meet minimum qualifications • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms • Facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications and provide timely status updates throughout the interview process • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned junior, support and other lower-complexity roles, including conducting screening interviews • Launch assessments, monitor progress and manage associated communications • Partner with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities • Create and update process documentation, communication templates and recruitment reporting • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the applicant tracking system • Support special projects for the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting or recruiting for roles within a technology or SaaS organization • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate screening and interview coordination • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly establish relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience • Must be located in the United States / select US locations • Must be eligible to work in the United States, as indicated by participation in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program
