📋 Description

• Assist account managers in ensuring blood drives achieve goals through drive management activities, including on-site recruitment at blood drives, presentations to sponsoring organizations, managing online appointment schedules and appointment data entry, working sign-up tables, and assisting with recruitment meeting preparations • Provide oversight and record keeping in Hemasphere and the online scheduling system (OLS) to ensure blood drives are properly managed and provide tracking and statistical data on sponsor group performance • Provide organizational and operational support to blood drive coordinators to achieve collection operation and annual goals • Schedule and implement education programs for sponsor contacts, recruitment committees, line volunteers, and volunteer tele-recruiters to meet collection objectives and comply with regulations, procedures, and directives • Utilize organizational tools, technology, and strategy to enhance customer service, efficiency, and productivity • Work with blood drive coordinators and donor groups to achieve blood collection targets for area blood drives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and work experience • 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required • Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively implement programs preferred • Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively required • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills required • A current valid driver's license and good driving record required • May be required to travel to sites throughout the Red Cross organization • Sales experience preferred
