📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned entry- and mid-level roles from intake through offer and start • Proactively build and manage candidate pipelines using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, university relationships, networking, AI-assisted sourcing tools, and other recruiting tools • Review applications and resumes using AI-assisted screening tools as a first-pass filter while applying independent human judgment • Conduct Zoom interviews and complete detailed interview scorecards and evaluations • Schedule and coordinate interviews, hiring events, and walk-in interview days • Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments and background checks as needed • Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer and manage candidate communications, status updates, follow-ups, and rejections • Handle sensitive information including performance insights, offers, negotiations, and disqualifications confidentially • Maintain accurate, audit-ready candidate records and compliant evaluation and candidate data privacy practices • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, pipeline quality, and recruiting targets • Represent SupplyHouse and promote its culture at university career fairs and recruitment events • Monitor recruitment trends, job boards, salary data, and AI-assisted recruiting tools • Draft and post job openings and maintain accurate requisitions in Greenhouse • Complete reference checks and support offer preparation, approvals, pre-boarding, and onboarding handoff • Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Manager with recruitment tasks and special projects • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead in job kick-off and recurring regroup meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant recruiting or related experience • Genuine passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, process-driven recruiting environment with high attention to detail • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, reference checks, offers, and rejections via Zoom, Slack, email, and phone • Proficiency with Zoom, Slack, and MS365, including Microsoft Word and Excel • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis • Must be willing to undergo thorough background checks • All application materials, assessments, and interview responses must reflect the applicant's own original work; AI tools, plagiarism, or uncredited assistance are not permitted • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred) • Prior experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment (preferred) • Comfort learning and using AI-assisted recruiting tools such as Greenhouse AI and Claude within established company guardrails and processes (preferred)
