📋 Description

• Support and manage HR-related activities, including recruitment coordination, HR operations, and administrative tasks • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure smooth execution of HR processes • Participate in end-to-end recruitment support, including scheduling interviews and candidate coordination • Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HR processes and compliance standards • Operate effectively in a remote setup, ensuring productivity and collaboration across virtual teams • Assist in managing multiple priorities in a high-paced work environment

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related roles such as recruitment coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or HR administration • German proficiency (B1/B2 or above) - Mandatory • English communication skills - Mandatory • Strong communication and coordination abilities • Effective stakeholder management skills • Good understanding of HR processes and workflows • Ability to thrive in remote work environments • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities • Comfortable with a 2-3 round interview process, including language and functional assessments
