📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of account operations, from staffing readiness and personnel onboarding through offboarding, contract transitions, and organic growth support • Maintain authoritative staffing and operational data and monitor contract and personnel readiness • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Delivery, Growth, Contracts, and People Operations • Drive efficiency, improve best practices, and support the health and expansion of assigned accounts • Guide and support operations staff and program leadership • Lead individual and team meetings and communicate account and company updates • Prepare and present recurring reporting on account operations, staffing, risks, and account health • Serve as the account-level subject matter expert and escalation point for staffing, onboarding, offboarding, and personnel transitions • Lead contract onboarding and mobilization for employees and subcontractor personnel, including badging and PIV sponsorship, background investigations, government system access, contract-specific training, and start-date readiness • Manage offboarding, role changes, and contract transitions, including access revocation, GFE return, records documentation, and backfill planning • Maintain the account-wide staffing roster and labor category mapping • Translate staffing data into capacity, bench strength, hiring needs, and anticipated lead-time insights • Partner with program leadership and customers to identify unmet needs, scope expansion, and adjacent work within existing contracts • Manage recurring account operational cadence, including status and staffing reports, deliverable tracking, subcontractor compliance, and modification support • Identify and organize performance evidence, operational metrics, and past-performance information for recompetes and new business pursuits • Support account management and senior leadership • Monitor account information and workflows and ensure appropriate leadership involvement • Lead or support change management activities • Support account budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting • Review account progress, aggregate operational reporting, identify emerging risks, and brief leadership • Represent assigned accounts in corporate working groups and cross-functional initiatives • Build cross-departmental relationships and promote an inclusive work environment • Ensure operational systems and processes function effectively and support applicable ISO and CMMI quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience • Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Advanced leadership and influencing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced experience developing and implementing strategies that improve operational efficiency at the account or portfolio level • Advanced experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships • Advanced experience negotiating, influencing, and navigating complex business and operational scenarios • Demonstrated discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance • Direct experience managing or supporting federal contract staffing plans, labor category mapping, and personnel readiness reporting • Direct experience with federal contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, including personnel security, badging/PIV sponsorship, background investigations, and government system access • Experience supporting contract modifications, option exercises, ceiling increases, or similar contract actions within a federal contracting environment • Prior government or government contracting experience required • Experience with federal personnel security systems such as e-QIP, DISS/JVS, or NBIS • Familiarity with CPARS and federal past-performance documentation practices • PMP or similar program/project management certification • Experience contributing to capture, proposal, recompete, or organic growth efforts • Experience supporting multiple federal contracts, task orders, or complex contract portfolios • Experience working across prime contractor and subcontractor relationships
