📋 Description

• Ensure safe, compliant and profitable delivery of all medical services across North and South America and other locations as required • Manage service delivery for domestic and international onshore and offshore operations • Manage strategic financial performance, budgets, project revenue and client accounts • Ensure contractual obligations are met for key clients • Report weekly on staffing and project status to the Vice President Operations – North America • Engage stakeholders throughout planning, implementation, delivery and close-down • Manage service quality and develop procedures supporting performance, accuracy and compliance • Provide accountability and quality assurance across the full project lifecycle • Lead, guide, mentor and develop direct reports and foster a positive company culture • Oversee project planning and risk analysis; complete and audit project risk management workbooks • Support deployed field staff through calls, emails and other interactions • Gather client feedback and ensure competent field-staff performance • Adjust working schedules to support global operations • Identify staffing needs and work with HR, Talent Acquisition and Clinical Governance to recruit field staff • Maintain understanding of scopes of work and contract deliverables • Establish and refine systems and processes for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction • Plan and coordinate annual meetings, continuing education and skills evaluations for mobilized providers • Review reports and implement quality improvements • Serve as emergency backup for short-term deployments • Identify client challenges and develop solutions with internal and external resources • Escalate potential or actual issues to the Vice President Operations – North America with recommended solutions • Assist with reviewing and approving timesheets, expenses and time-off requests • Supervise Project Managers, medical support and field staff

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a similar role managing multiple projects across multiple clients and locations • Experience managing a team of both external and internal staff • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload • Experience building and executing market or country entry plans • Financial understanding including contract negotiation and project revenue forecasting • Experience in logistics and personnel coordination • Experience in a similar role within the Oil and Gas Industry advantageous • Background in Business Development/Sales, client contract management and dispute resolution ideal but not essential • Demonstrable experience in business continuity/resilience/crisis management planning • Previous recruitment experience essential • Previous risk management and QHSE experience advantageous • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer and technology literacy • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills • Organizational, detail-oriented, interpersonal, leadership, influencing, time and task management skills • Ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships • Ability to work independently and make fact- and data-based decisions under pressure • Ability to identify priorities, create plans, and execute deliverables on time • Strong analytical, presentation and public speaking skills • Good grasp of English spelling and grammar • Ability to read, respond to and comprehend instructions and correspondence • Ability to clearly articulate complex issues and present ideas persuasively • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule-based instructions • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of total work hours per year
