📋 Description

• Ensure construction work meets USACE standards, project specifications, and contract requirements • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards across all stages of construction • Document and report any deviations from quality standards and propose corrective actions • Implement and enforce safety procedures in compliance with USACE's EM 385-1-1, OSHA, DOT, and company standards • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards • Coordinate and conduct safety training programs for employees and subcontractors • Maintain accurate records of all quality control and safety inspections, audits, and incident reports • Ensure that subcontractors comply with safety standards and quality control protocols

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in construction quality control and safety management • In-depth knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and USACE EM 385-1-1 safety and health standards • Certification in Construction Quality Management (CQM) from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers • Certification in 24-Hour Fall Protection from USACE • Certification in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety or equivalent • Understanding and experience reviewing and analyzing P6 Primavera Scheduling and USACE RMS software
