📋 Description

• Own RCM analytics end to end • Lead root-cause analysis on denials, underpayments, and revenue leakage, and drive fixes to completion • Build expected-reimbursement and cash forecasting models for Finance and Operations • Own the RCM automation roadmap • Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and business cases for RCM tooling and automation • Lead revenue cycle strategy for new market launches • Own revenue cycle diligence on acquisition targets • Analyze data, decode payer behavior, identify high-impact opportunities, and drive execution with Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering • Stress-test new opportunities and integrate new businesses as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 4–9 years of experience, including 2+ years in healthcare-focused consulting or advisory, ideally complemented by time in an operating role • Working knowledge of the end-to-end revenue cycle • Demonstrated ownership of an analytics function • Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives to completion • Strong judgment to distinguish what's urgent from what's merely loud • Experience at a multi-state or rapidly expanding provider organization, or in tech-enabled care delivery • Experience in post-acute care (home health, hospice, personal care) • Familiarity with clearinghouses, PM/EHR billing modules (ideally HCHB), and RCM automation tools • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No educational credential explicitly required
