📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles • Source passive candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and personal networks • Build candidate pipelines for recurring hiring needs • Conduct introductory calls and explain Adelphi, roles, and interview processes • Partner with hiring managers on intake, calibration, interview loops, and feedback • Maintain accurate ATS data in Ashby • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications • Run offer processes with the Head of Talent and maintain candidate engagement through start dates • Help build recruiting processes, templates, employer brand, and referral program

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a startup or fast-growing company • Track record hiring software, ML engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and non-technical roles • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with cold outreach to passive candidates • Ability to sell a role, read a candidate, and close an offer • High ownership and ability to run requisitions end to end • Clear, warm written communication and attention to detail • Experience hiring for cleared roles or in defense tech is a plus • US citizenship is required by the application form • Must currently live in a specified city and state, as required by the application form
