📋 Description

• Run assigned senior and executive searches end to end, from intake to signed offer • Source and engage passive candidates through targeted research and outreach • Manage executive candidates with discretion, responsiveness, and care • Prepare interview panels, run debriefs, and keep decisions moving • Share clear weekly updates with leaders and Talent Acquisition on pipeline, risks, and next steps • Partner directly with senior leaders to calibrate each role and required profile • Run structured, reliable interview processes • Assess candidates for leadership, values, and fit with Wonder's mission and goals • Keep candidate activity and search status current in Workday • Take over in-flight searches, review pipelines, re-engage strong candidates, and align with hiring leaders on priorities • Present qualified candidate slates on every assigned search within 30 days • Close priority hires and hand off open searches with notes, pipeline status, and market insights • Advise leaders on the talent market and search approach • Deliver a polished candidate experience reflecting the Wonder brand • Move hard-to-fill, business-critical searches forward quickly and independently • Work as an embedded member of Wonder's Talent Acquisition team with senior leaders and executive candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Significant experience conducting Director through VP or C-suite searches • Experience partnering directly with senior executive leaders as a trusted advisor • Track record across business roles such as finance, accounting, and legal • Track record across business-technology roles such as product, design, and data • Polished executive presence and communication • Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills • Ability to ramp quickly and own in-flight searches with minimal oversight • Experience as an embedded contract recruiter working in a company's own ATS; Workday preferred • LinkedIn Recruiter experience • Bachelor's degree preferred (nice to have, not required) • Experience in high-growth consumer, food, delivery, marketplace, or technology companies is beneficial • Experience hiring legal leaders or senior finance and accounting leaders is beneficial • E-Verify employment eligibility confirmation
