📋 Description

• Close $250K/month of YouTube sponsorship deals • Build relationships with key YouTubers and pitch their channels for brand deals • Grow 7-10 key brand relationships into consistent spenders with the creator roster • Negotiate and close hundreds of influencer deals per month • Manage client-facing email communication between YouTubers and sponsors • Provide speedy, high-engagement, transparent service to creators and brands • Think critically and make independent decisions in tricky and unique scenarios • Keep Airtable, Google Sheets, Asana, and Notion updated • Implement process improvements, systems, SOPs, and workflows to improve efficiency and client service

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or similar fields • Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships experience preferred • Strong Project Management, Customer Service, or Operations experience • Excellent written and verbal English skills • Ability to respond to Sponsors & Creators quickly and effectively • Comfortable picking up the phone and calling clients for important matters • High attention to detail • Tech savviness with Airtable, Asana, Notion, email, Google Sheets, and computers • Critical thinking and independent decision-making • Reliability and ability to work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines • Ability to work US hours, 9AM-6PM • Grit, resilience, fast learning, comfort-building, energetic and positive team-player qualities
