📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment processes • Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and build qualified candidate pipelines • Maintain recruiting systems and deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Coordinate onboarding, benefits administration, and day-to-day Talent & Culture operations • Maintain accurate team member records and support payroll and HRIS activities • Respond to team member inquiries and support HR policies, compliance, and daily operations • Coordinate recognition programs, team celebrations, and culture initiatives • Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve Talent & Culture processes • Support internal communications and initiatives that enhance the team member experience • Report directly to the VP of Talent & Culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or a similar role • Experience in the physical security industry or a related technical services environment preferred • Hands-on experience in recruiting and HR operations • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; Paylocity preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information • Resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in improving processes and leveraging technology • Comfort working in a growing organization where priorities evolve and collaboration is essential • Genuine interest in people, culture, and creating exceptional experiences
