📋 Description

• Receive inbound telephone calls from new and existing customers generated by ADT marketing and partner campaigns • Engage with Security and Smart Home customers to close sales • Schedule installation appointments with ADT field employees • Answer customer calls while following sales processes • Consultatively gather information, determine customer needs, and schedule installation appointments • Ensure customer satisfaction by determining needs and transferring calls to the appropriate party for resolution • Perform follow-up on quotes and information requests

🎯 Requirements

• One year of sales experience preferred • Proven sales ability and closing skills • Strong listening skills for conducting needs analysis • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to multitask while speaking to prospects • High school diploma or GED • Must reside in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming • If located in Jacksonville, FL, Indianapolis, IN, or Newport, KY, must reside within 50 miles of the applicable center to be eligible for remote work
