📋 Description

• Support top-tier Venture Capital and Private Equity clients as part of a client service team • Reconcile banking transactions and prepare journal entries according to US GAAP in Xero • Maintain investor information, investment information, and fund metrics in FundPanel • Maintain legal and client documents in Box • Process weekly accounts payable using Bill.com • Prepare intercompany invoicing and process reimbursements • Prepare and obtain documents for annual audit and tax processes • Handle special projects and other assigned duties • Progress from foundational accounting tasks toward full ownership of client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of work experience or professional internships in relevant accounting roles • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) • Resourcefulness, drive, and strong problem-solving skills • Track record of being a project leader and strong organizational skills • Excellent customer service orientation and attention to detail • Working experience with Excel and Word • Comfortable learning new software systems and becoming proficient in them • Passion for numbers and desire to build an accounting career • Authorization to work in the U.S. • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
