📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering roles • Handle 10-15 open requisitions at a time • Source top candidates using platforms like HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media • Assess and interview candidates to ensure a perfect fit • Build partnerships with hiring managers, providing insights on talent pipelines and market trends • Lead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits • Contribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and process initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment • Solid understanding of broadcast media and live event production industries • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools • Extreme attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills • First-rate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities • Familiarity with Ashby and/or experience using Monday.com is a plus • Experience using AI tools in recruitment is a plus
