📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across media production, broadcast engineering, and creative and studio work • Handle 10 to 15 open requisitions at a time in the full-time role, with requisition load scaled to hours for the variable-hours role • Source candidates using HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, and other sourcing platforms • Assess and interview candidates for project and client fit • Build partnerships with hiring managers and provide insight on talent pipelines, market trends, and best practices • Deliver a transparent, respectful, and timely candidate experience • Lead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits • Contribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and new process initiatives • Report to the Recruiter Lead

🎯 Requirements

• All applicants must currently reside in the United States • Direct experience recruiting for media production, broadcast, or creative roles is required • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Staffing agency recruiting background, including experience recruiting in a contingent staffing environment • Proven success hiring for media production and broadcast roles or creative and studio roles • Solid understanding of the media production, broadcast, or creative industries • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or a similar sourcing tool • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Google Workspace • Extreme attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
