📋 Description

• Lead Technology Solutions’ overall training strategy • Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of timely, effective customer training • Supervise global training specialists and eLearning developers; coach, prioritize projects, support development, and conduct performance reviews • Observe and evaluate trainers and provide coaching and feedback • Develop, lead, and prioritize training initiatives aligned with company goals • Manage major project timelines and ensure deadlines are met • Oversee the Training department budget and monthly forecasting; ensure revenue projections are met • Improve training processes and resources • Ensure staff receive training on Advarra products they support, test, or develop • Coordinate with PMO and Product Support Managers on staffing for implementation-related training events • Analyze training needs of internal staff and customers • Create or customize training programs for Technology Solutions customers and staff • Drive development and launch of new training services • Survey customers and improve training based on feedback and evaluations • Collaborate with teams to address knowledge or skill gaps • Evaluate facilities and recommend training rooms when onsite training is required • Recommend best practices for virtual training • Prepare and present content at Onsemble conferences • Evaluate learning and development tools to improve team efficiency and customer experience • Identify on-demand training opportunities and prioritize e-learning projects and timelines • Ensure training materials follow Advarra branding and marketing guidelines • Coordinate with Documentation and Marketing to promote training services • Provide feedback to Product Management and help prioritize development based on user feedback • Stay current on adult learning trends, research, and innovations • Perform other assigned job-related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent demonstrated experience in corporate training/adult education • 7+ years of experience providing instructor-led training • Software training experience • Software troubleshooting experience • Experience creating e-learning or other training media • Experience developing curriculum and training materials • Effective written, speaking, and listening communication skills • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills; comfortable speaking to groups of 10–200 people • Strong time management and ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Supervisory/management skills • Ability to strategically prioritize projects • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods at a stationary workstation • Ability to regularly carry, raise, and lower objects of up to 10 lbs. • Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions • Focus and attention to tasks and responsibilities • Verbal communication, listening and understanding, responding, and speaking
