📋 Description

• Build systems and processes to attract, grow, and retain Development Pillar talent • Activate a comprehensive strategy standardizing the ACS Way of fundraising • Modernize the Development Pillar training infrastructure • Build a specialized, high-performing culture and elevate the Development Pillar employer brand • Design a unified performance framework with channel-specific KPIs • Link performance metrics to pipeline health, portfolio value, and revenue forecasting • Drive onboarding, shared playbooks, and structured fundraising curricula • Enable managers through specialized frontline-role transitions, coaching, change management, and pipeline velocity • Identify and drive Pillar-specific culture attributes • Partner cross-functionally on industry benchmarking, recruiting and retention, compensation architecture, and talent attraction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 10+ years of progressive fundraising or sales leadership experience, preferably within a large, complex nonprofit or highly matrixed corporate sales environment • Background in talent management, organizational development, or sales enablement • Strong understanding of modern fundraising mechanics, including mass market acquisition, major gift portfolios, and campaign cycles • Proven experience navigating significant structural and cultural transitions • Ability to influence and partner with C-suite executives, HR partners, and frontline staff • Ability to lead and scale a small, agile team • Occasional travel required
