📋 Description

• Design, create, and maintain business automation and intelligence tools and their supporting data structures • Understand client data needs and collaborate with experts and coworkers to fulfill them • Plan delivery steps, estimate effort, and develop completion schedules for client requirements • Articulate technical challenges and proposed solutions to non-technical decision makers • Query databases and use APIs to obtain data • Suggest innovative solutions for client requirements • Initiate contact with mentors and coworkers to resolve problems and questions • Engage proactively with coworkers and clients throughout the world • Lead requirements and design workshops with clients in person and remotely • Manage development tasks across significant AECOM programs and smaller projects • Accurately allocate daily worked time to appropriate projects • Travel occasionally to client meetings • Attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Information Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related degree, plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Experience designing and building process automation solutions, including PowerApps or competitive platforms • Experience designing and building dashboards • Working understanding of relational databases • US citizenship required • Strong working knowledge of Power Platform, including Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, and Microsoft 365 services • Knowledge of ETL processes, database design, and object-oriented programming fundamentals • Client-facing communication skills and ability to lead requirements and design workshops • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • SharePoint development • Web development • JavaScript knowledge • SQL database exposure • Exposure to Azure services • Basic coding languages including Python, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, Node.JS, and React • Experience with Esri ArcGIS solutions, including ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise, spatial data, and GIS data integration with enterprise systems • Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available now or in the future
