📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions from requisition intake through accepted offer • Recruit primarily for high-volume, non-exempt positions while supporting exempt positions as business needs require • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, required qualifications, and hiring timelines • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified local and national talent • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community partnerships, and direct outreach • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and recommend top talent • Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers • Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with hiring managers and HR • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide market intelligence, talent availability, and recruiting recommendations • Partner with managers experiencing high turnover to identify recruiting opportunities and develop proactive hiring plans • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions • Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, networking opportunities, and community outreach initiatives • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and expand talent pools • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and operational efficiency • Support additional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects as assigned • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience • 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt positions • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and fill critical staffing needs • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting principles and best practices • Sourcing skills utilizing multiple recruiting channels • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications • Demonstrated customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive hiring experience • Experience recruiting within healthcare, healthcare services, operations, manufacturing, distribution, customer service, or other high-volume environments • Experience supporting multi-site recruiting • Knowledge of employment law and compliance related to recruiting • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms • Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality • Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
