📋 Description

• Install, assemble, service, and repair Aerzen products • Perform startups, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance at customer sites • Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain pneumatic, analog, and digital instrumentation • Install and terminate electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections • Analyze and troubleshoot process-application issues and communication problems • Address TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications • Disassemble machines, assess damage, evaluate failures, diagnose problems, and identify root causes • Offer machine-based recommendations and use standard rebuild kits • Read and use equipment diagrams, checklists, engineering drawings, and process documentation • Communicate job requirements, recommendations, service options, concerns, and status updates to customers • Assist engineering with plant design, modifications, and hazard analysis • Plan and schedule travel using the Concur booking tool • Complete service reports, expense reports, repair reports, and other forms • Collect data and create commissioning graphs using company software • Conduct customer training on Aerzen products onsite • Perform work according to quality and safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work area • Participate in inventory counts, shop organization, cleanup, and other assigned departmental duties

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (2 years schooling) in electronics technology or equivalent experience • Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience in rotating equipment • Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications • Ability to work with TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications • Allen Bradley PLC experience preferred • RS Logix 5000 experience preferred • PLC or similar Ladder-Logic programming experience desired • Ability to interpret process flow, control wiring, piping, and instrumentation diagrams • Welding, including brazing, cutting, welding, and plasma, is a plus • Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and execution skills • High attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data • Analytical and logical problem-solving ability • Strong time-management skills • Strong customer focus, leadership, and change-management skills • High integrity and compliance mindset • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time • Monday–Friday schedule with weekends back at home • Must pass a thorough background check • Must pass a drug test before beginning work • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
