📋 Description

• Provide support to merchant partners on marketing best practices, accounting workflows, implementation guidance, and troubleshooting • Resolve technical integration issues involving partners’ ecommerce front-end platforms and back-end order management systems • Identify and implement operational processes to improve efficiency • Develop detailed technical documentation • Engage internal stakeholders to define cross-functional workflows • Provide client product feedback to Product and Engineering teams • Serve as a primary support contact for partners’ business and technical teams throughout integration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 1–3 years of experience in a relevant industry (Tech, eCommerce, SaaS) and/or similar role(s) • Written communication experience with stakeholders, customers, or partners through a job, internship, or volunteer role • Exceptional project management, communication, and technical skills • Ability to manage client engagements and internal resources • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and high attention to detail • Candidates must be based in the Pacific Time Zone
