📋 Description

• Collaborate regularly with the plan sponsor implementation team • Gather and analyze client requirements • Assist in developing implementation plans • Work with internal departments to ensure successful implementation project execution • Address inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team and provide implementation guidance • Contribute to plan sponsor onboarding success • Facilitate client relationships as a primary point of contact throughout implementation • Provide leadership and mentorship to the implementation team • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation • 1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote • Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce • Project management experience in the health insurance industry • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills • Excellent collaboration, listening, and teamwork skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Highly skilled at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships • High school diploma or GED
