📋 Description

• Support new product and service launches related to state licensing and reporting, including money transmission, servicing/collections, lending, and international expansion • Work cross-functionally with legal, public affairs, compliance, finance, and tax teams to meet regulatory licensing and reporting obligations • Maintain the central repository for licensing and reporting obligations, workflows, and regulatory guidance • Interpret, prepare, and submit state licensing annual reports, MSB call reports, and other regulatory obligations • Ensure timely regulatory filings and identify licensing issues • Supervise ongoing regulatory obligations in the licensing management tool • Lead preparation of renewal applications and forms for various licensing jurisdictions • Collaborate on NMLS licensing, reporting, and other regulatory filings • Analyze and develop AI-enabled processes to increase licensing program efficiency • Research and build licensing requirements into the licensing management tool • Coordinate with senior leadership to fulfill ongoing state licensing requirements • Partner with the team on licensing projects and initiatives • Report to the Director, Global Licensing and Regulatory Programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of licensing, compliance, or regulatory experience, ideally related to consumer financial services • Outstanding time management, administrative, and organizational skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities and overlapping projects • Proven project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Humility, integrity, and desire to contribute to a small, supportive team • Inquisitive nature, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of projects • Ability to make independent decisions and work with limited supervision • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Comfort operating amid shifting priorities and ambiguity
