📋 Description

• Manage pipeline health by monitoring open opportunities and keeping sales workflows running from proposal to close • Communicate sales trends, objections, repeat business, and customer-journey changes to marketing • Prioritize and assign follow-ups to account executives and track completion • Maintain accurate Autotask and Zoho CRM records, fields, and financial data • Manage MSAs and NDAs from draft through signature and file executed agreements • Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements • Lead special projects such as system integrations and vendor work from start to finish • Shepherd signed deals through handoff to delivery and support account executives with ongoing client maintenance • Report to the Senior Manager of Sales • Collaborate with marketing and sales staff on prospective projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience • Experience managing a high volume of concurrent projects or workstreams • Strong data analysis skills, including using data to spot trends, track progress, and recommend improvements • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously and keep work moving with minimal supervision in a remote environment • Friendly disposition and an unrelentingly positive attitude • Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work • PMP certification (nice to have) • Experience with Autotask or Zoho CRM (nice to have) • Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem or Microsoft certifications (nice to have) • Experience in sales operations at an IT services company (nice to have)
