📋 Description

• Serve as the client interface for every project in the portfolio from Schematic Design through Construction Administration • Act as the single accountable owner and named hardware expert for enterprise multifamily clients • Manage project lifecycles so deliverables are on time, within scope and budget, with risk managed and quality controlled • Build and maintain Overtur Master Sites, including client standards, master hardware sets and worked example projects • Manage Division 8 and Division 28 specification delivery • Develop detailed project plans according to client standards and expectations • Develop strategic approaches for each client and co-own the annual business plan with the National Multifamily team • Maintain National Agreements with enterprise clients • Maintain a single project register across clients and track/report capture rate, revenue per project and spec$ per target • Monitor competitive products and activity in the multifamily market, especially access control and unit entry • Comply with Allegion policies, guidelines and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy required • High School Diploma required • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory • Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action • Strong customer service focus • Must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States • Company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status
