📋 Description

• Drive growth across the Cellular and Molecular Research (CMR) portfolio • Own a defined territory and manage key customer relationships • Deliver revenue against assigned targets within all markets • Lead the overall sales strategy for their territory • Identify and advance opportunities across instruments and consumables • Ensure strong customer engagement and long-term account development • Collaborate closely with Product Specialists, Field Application Scientists, and cross-functional partners to deliver customer solutions and drive cross–product line growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent • 4+ years relevant experience selling capital equipment and/or consumables within molecular biology, genomics, or cell analysis workflows • Strong knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry • Demonstrated consultative selling skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and navigate sales cycles • Proven ability to identify and drive cross–product line opportunities to maximize account growth • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecast, and opportunity progression • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic account and territory plans
