📋 Description

• Lead the assigned division and district offices • Develop and execute strategies enabling facilities, people, and processes to deliver excellent customer services nationwide • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across the division • Collaborate with sales, operations excellence, and technology teams to prepare for volume growth and new services • Promote positive customer engagement and ensure a strong service experience • Maintain communication with sales to understand and satisfy customer expectations • Collaborate with the Vice President for Operational Excellence on operational improvements and efficiency • Provide day-to-day oversight of district personnel and service delivery • Establish performance measures and metrics to track performance and proactively identify problems • Establish budgets and prepare and execute strategic plans

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within the territory: Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland • Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum 10 years in management role, overseeing Operations and process improvement functions within an organization • Healthcare/Medical Device industry required • Strong financial acumen including prior profit and loss responsibilities • Ability to lead and drive change amongst leadership, peers, and direct reports • Demonstrated track record as an operational leader • Ability to travel 75% • Sets and executes successful multi-year growth strategies • Excellent at establishing budgets and preparing/executing strategic plans • Effective internal and external communication, collaboration, and presentation skills • Aptitude for quantitative analysis and a rigorous, metrics-driven management style • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with ability to direct large, complex initiatives across a broad network and ensure completion • Proactive problem-solving and track record of continuous improvement/Six Sigma methodology • Ability to perform under time constraints in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
