📋 Description

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience • Schedule interviews and phone screens directly with candidates and hiring managers • Arrange travel for visiting candidates when needed • Coordinate pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency • Update candidate records in Greenhouse ATS • Assist with coordinating other recruiting activities as needed • Work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced robotics startup • Build candidate relationships and support recruiting activities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a tech company • Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system • Self-starter with insatiable curiosity • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to schedule candidate interview travel • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment • Current authorization to work in the United States
