📋 Description

• Review and manage contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements associated with client and customer transactions • Support the Designated and Managing Brokers in overseeing brokerage operations • Conduct training sessions on contracts, risk management, licensing duties, and state real estate regulations as needed • Respond promptly and effectively to agents’ support requests • Use advanced technology and AI-driven tools to review contracts and transactional documents for compliance • Remove transactional barriers and model agile workflows to enhance agent experience, risk management, and operational excellence • Consult with agents and internal teams to resolve complex transaction-related issues • Support and promote eXp risk management initiatives • Assist with development, improvement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals • Collaborate with internal departments to implement efficient solutions for the agent base • Provide backup support for Managing Brokers as necessary • Fulfill additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Specialized education and advanced licensing to support the Designated Managing Broker • A real estate license is required • Minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions • Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance • Understanding of state and federal laws, Department of Commerce rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proven success partnering with internal stakeholders • Ability to make swift, informed decisions and resolve problems using sound judgment • Uncompromising integrity and highest ethical standards • Active member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) • Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system strongly preferred
