📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScripts, SuiteFlows, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, custom records, and dashboards • Build and support SuiteScripts to automate business processes, including User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Client Scripts, Suitelets, and RESTlets • Build and support integrations between NetSuite and internal or third-party applications using RESTlets, SuiteTalk, APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms • Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes • Optimize NetSuite configurations, scripts, and workflows for performance, usability, and scalability • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes by ensuring system reliability and timely issue resolution • Create and maintain technical, process, and deployment documentation • Assist with release management, sandbox testing, change control, and post-deployment validation • Recommend best practices for NetSuite architecture, customization, security, and support • Stay current on NetSuite platform capabilities and evaluate automation opportunities to improve business processes • Collaborate with the eTech Engineering team and Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Revenue stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting NetSuite • Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.0 and/or 2.x • Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, saved searches, custom forms, roles, records, and reports • Experience building and supporting NetSuite integrations • Strong understanding of ERP business processes, especially across finance and operations • Experience with JavaScript, JSON, XML, CSV, and web services (REST and SOAP) • Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues across multiple business functions • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment • NetSuite certifications such as NetSuite Administrator or SuiteCloud Developer preferred • Experience supporting OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, or multi-entity environments preferred • Experience with middleware or integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar platforms and REST/SOAP APIs preferred • Experience with SDF and release management from Sandbox to Production preferred • Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and ETL concepts preferred • Experience partnering with Finance Systems, ERP, or enterprise applications teams preferred • Experience with ancillary systems such as Salesforce, Avalara, Kolleno, and Snowflake preferred
