• Support the Texas Education Agency on the CRM application project • Perform advanced and/or supervisory computer systems analysis and team lead work • Administer daily operations and activities of testing teams within the QA section • Plan, budget, and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems • Work with the CRM development team to provide software testing services • Analyze user requirements, design documents, and other documentation to develop detailed test cases • Create, execute, and validate manual functional and regression test cases • Report and document issues, test cases run, test results, and testing summaries • Create, execute, and validate automated test cases • Perform SQL queries to analyze and manipulate data • Work with the development team and customers to understand functionality under test and define and implement test case automation • Communicate test automation plans and progress to the team • Execute performance and accessibility testing
🎯 Requirements
• 8 years experience testing complex web applications • 6 years experience with Microsoft Service Dynamics 365 • 6 years expertise in SQL • 4 years experience with JMeter/WAPT Pro or another load testing tool • 4 years automation experience with Java and TestNG • 3 years experience with Playwright • 2 years experience with GitHub Copilot skills • Preferred: 4 years previous experience with Zypher Scale • Preferred: 4 years previous experience with Jira • Preferred: 4 years experience with Power BI • Texas-based candidates are preferred • Services expected to start 09/15/2026 and end 08/31/2027 • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays
