• Review text-to-speech rendered output to ensure it accurately reflects the approved source script • Check outputs for compliance with formatting and structural requirements • Flag issues identified during review • Support a text-to-speech quality assurance project for a leading healthcare engagement platform • Review automated voice outputs used in patient communication systems
🎯 Requirements
• Must be located in the United States • Native speaker of Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Ilocano • Mid-level minimum experience classification • Experience in linguistic QA, annotation, or data labeling • Experience with IVR, voice prompts, or conversational systems • Experience in subtitling, transcription, or captioning • Experience in audio quality review or media QA • Experience in voice-based call centers or customer support • Experience in interpreting or translation
