📋 Description

• Maintain contact with field adjusters to ensure timely inspection and estimate/report submissions • Review adjuster reports and estimates for accuracy, industry standards, and client guidelines • Apply insurance policies and endorsements appropriately for coverage • Document files clearly and concisely • Work with Xactimate/Xactanalysis and collaborate on estimates • Respond timely and appropriately to communications • Monitor and maintain individual queues so files are reviewed and closed on time • Work within multiple client systems, programs, and guidelines • Guide adjusters on client-specific requirements when necessary • Meet or exceed cycle-time and quality-review metrics • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of related property claim handling experience • Experience with the Xactimate/Xactanalysis estimating platform • CoreLogic/Symbility experience is a plus, including Claims Connect and Mobile • Decision-making skills and ability to work independently • Knowledge of the claim lifecycle • Strong attention to detail • Good organization and time-management skills • Excellent customer-service skills • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively • Proficient computer and typing skills • Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook • Familiarity with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures • Guidewire knowledge is preferable
