📋 Description

• Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules, including Financials, Workforce, Capital, Cash Forecast, and Long Range Planning • Develop and maintain business rules and calculation scripts using Groovy scripting for data and forecast modeling • Support data flows with AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday using Data Management, EPM Automate, and internal Airbnb integration tools • Assist with the monthly Oracle patch cycle, including regression testing and impact analysis • Partner with FP&A to streamline budgeting and forecasting by automating manual models and improving data integration • Build and maintain EPM Reports and support finance users in Smart View with ad-hoc analysis and template creation • Support the monthly forecast cycle, resolve issues, and engage Oracle support when needed • Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for FP&A processes • Identify manual finance and systems processes for AI automation • Collaborate with Finance and Tech partners to prioritize automation opportunities and deliver AI-generated forecasts, analyses, and insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM, including a minimum of 2 years in EPM Cloud • Experience with EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, building forms, reports, application optimization, and administering user access • 3+ years of experience supporting finance functions (FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax) • Solid financial statement literacy • Hands-on experience building AI automation and AI agents, including agentic workflows and LLM-based automation using tools such as Claude, Gemini, or GPT • Proficiency in SQL for data validation, pipeline troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analysis against warehouse tables • Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP via OIC or equivalent middleware • Experience operating data orchestration and ETL/ELT pipelines, including monitoring workflow health, managing and re-running failed tasks, reviewing execution logs, and coordinating pipeline incidents • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and document technical processes for non-technical audiences • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions and recommend options for decision making • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
