📋 Description

• Build product-led experiences and extensions to attract, engage, and convert prospective customers • Design and implement product features and interactive experiences that expose new audiences to AirOps and showcase value • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ideate and ship extensions and integrations that engage prospects • Use data and feedback to iterate on product-led growth initiatives, optimizing for user activation and conversion • Build and leverage internal tools and automation to scale outreach and measure the impact of growth experiments • Partner with stakeholders across teams and leadership to align growth engineering efforts with company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, growth, product, or startup environments • Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept through execution within a product-focused context • Comfort with growth tooling and product analytics platforms • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting with a high degree of autonomy
