📋 Description

• Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications that empower beauty and wellness businesses • Build new AI features for customers • Develop and define microservice-based infrastructure • Build tools and solutions that enable internal teams to work faster and improve user value (Business Scalability) • Work on core experiences: payments friction-free, tools to help customers earn more per hour, enable businesses to grow and manage teams • Focus on front-end development for web and mobile applications • Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security for backend systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience • Strong desire to move fast and have a significant impact • Entrepreneurial mindset; eager to take ownership and contribute new ideas • Ability to analyze and improve efficiency, scalability, and stability of various system resources • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills and team spirit • Familiarity with or willingness to learn stack: Kotlin (micronaut, jooq), Ruby (Rails, Sidekiq), gRPC, protobuf, Typescript/Javascript (React, Redux), React Native, AWS, Kubernetes, Postgres, Terraform • Must be commutable to NYC headquarters (Union Square) and work hybrid 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
